2023: Moment Tinubu stormed Ile-Ife for Ooni’s royal blessing
Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, an APC Presidential aspirant on Thursday stormed Ile-Ife, Osun State to visit the Ooni, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi to seek royal blessing for his aspiration.
A huge crowd of supporters from Lagos and Osun thronged the palace to receive Tinubu on his visit to Ooni.
Accompanying Tinubu to the Ooni’s palace was the Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola.
The presidential aspirant had also visited the Owa Obokun Adimula of Ijesha land, Oba Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran for consultation over his ambition.
Tinubu had been going round Southwest visiting traditional rulers to seek their blessings for his presidential ambition.
He had visited the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona and other traditional rulers in Ogun State.
The APC chieftain also visited the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi, as well as the Olubadan-elect, Lekan Balogun for his presidential aspiration.
