Celebrations at Stamford Bridge as key player reportedly accept a new deal with Chelsea
Chelsea managed to thrash Lille 2-0 on Tuesday night in their UEFA champions league game for the round of last 16 and therefore they will hoping to continue with the same results in their second leg.
The Blues are as well working tireless to ensure that they book a spot in the top four spot ahead of next campaign whereby they can compete for EPL title.
According to Goal, Chelsea might have just agreed a new contract deal with one of their key defender Antonio Rudiger after reports from Stamford Bridge revealing that th Blues are moving closer to Rudiger’s demands.
It should be noted that Rudiger is allegedly demanding a weekly wage that will make him one of the highest earners at Stamford Bridge and therefore bonuses and signing fee are being closed to with a new deal expected.
Meanwhile, it’s like Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta will be leaving in summer with Spanish giants Barca keen on landing the 30 year old ex-Marsaille ace.
