Oby Ezekwesili has been unusually quiet, would Oby have been calm if this happened under GEJ? – Reno Omokri
The former special assistant to former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has taken out his time to slam the former Minister of Education, Mrs Oby Ezekwesili, for been quiet hours after bandits reportedly attacked a train in Kaduna State, killing some passengers.
According to a tweet he made on his verified twitter handle, Reno Omokri made it known that Oby Ezekwesili has been unusually quiet. Speaking further, the former presidential spokesperson stated it clearly that bandits attacked Kaduna Airport, bombed a train along Kaduna-Abuja railway and also killed the Secretary General of the Trade Union Congress, TUC, but Mrs Ezekwesili did not speak.
Ending his tweet he asked to know whether Oby Ezekwesili would have been silent if all these things happened under former president Goodluck Jonathan.
It should be recalled that the former education minister, Oby Ezekwesili protested on several occasions against former president Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, but since President Buhari entered in 2015, we haven’t seen her protesting since then. But nevertheless, she has the right to protest or not to protest.
