2023: Atiku, Saraki, Tambuwal, Obi, others are liars; don’t elect them—Obasanjo
Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo has asked Nigerians not to support or vote for almost all of the PDP presidential aspirants who have declared intention so far.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, former Anambra Governor, Peter Obi and others have claimed Nigerian youths bought them their nomination.
“In fact, anybody who would come out to tell you such a lie, you shouldn’t vote for him. Which youths gathered N40m? If you want to buy it, buy it and tell us. You don’t need to lie to us,” said ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo in his speech at Pastor Itua Ighodalo 61st birthday.
Many of these aspirants have consulted Obasanjo before they declared.
