Nigerian Army destroy small, light weapons in Kaduna
Over 3,000 assorted small arms recovered across country were destroyed at the Nigerian Army Command Engineering Depot, Rigachukun, Kaduna on Thursday.
The process was carried out by the National Centre for Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons headed by Major General Abba Mohammed Dikko (retd).
Meanwhile, the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.), has said that retrieving and destroying Small Arms and Light Weapons, were the surest way to sustainable peace in Nigeria.
