Good news for Arsenal fans as Declan Rice makes transfer decision after Man City’s rejected offer
It is definitely an exciting news for Arsenal fans as their top transfer target Declan Rice has remained keen on a move to the Emirates despite receiving interest from Manchester City who just had their £90 million offer rejected by West Ham, according to the reports reaching National Daily.
National Daily understands that Mikel Arteta has made the midfielder one of his priority targets for the summer window but Arsenal have been unable to reach an agreement with West Ham.
Meanwhile, the north London club have seen their two bids already rejected so far, the latest of which is £75 million up front plus a further £15m in add-ons which falls short of West Ham’s £100m valuation.
National Daily gathered that even before City’s made their failed offer to bring Rice to the Etihad, the 24-year-old was already keen on the move to the Emirates.
Arsenal meanwhile according to report are understood to now preparing a third bid which will go closer to matching West Ham’s £100m valuation.
