Failed marriage: I’ ll not dignify bloggers speculations with a response–Ninalowo

Nigerian actor Bolanle Ninalowo has silenced rumours of infidelity as the reason behind his split from his wife Bunmi after 16 years of marriage.

On Monday, September 4, 2023, the actor took to his Instagram story to express his anger at bloggers and others who were spreading false news about his personal life.

Ninalowo emphasised his right to privacy, saying that he had no obligation to provide an explanation for his life decisions for anyone.

He criticised bloggers as hypocrites in search of clout and said that he would not be dignifying their speculations with a response.

Ninalowo went further to debunk the narrative behind the end of his marriage, calling it old news.

He claimed that he and Bunmi had restored their marriage after hitting a stumbling block over six years ago and had been doing well since.

The actor hinted that he is celebrating the end of the marriage while others are worried about him.

“Any interviews circulating of me are old from 6 years ago which was before I restored the marriage that has now finally ended! Na me dey jubilate, na una dey worry. God wey help me go help una ooo…”

Ninalowo announced the split on Friday, September 1, 2023, without stating what led to the break-up. The news came as a surprise to fans and followers, who began speculating online about what could have happened.

Some explained that the actor had previously revealed during an interview in 2022 that he and Bunmi had to start their marriage over because of his infidelity.

However, Ninalowo now denies that his unfaithfulness to his wife was the cause of their split. His statement has further intensified the grey areas surrounding their separation, leaving fans and followers more confused than ever.

Despite the negative media spotlight, Ninalowo seems determined to move on with his life and focus on his career. His fans await a clear explanation as to why the marriage failed, but for now, it remains a mystery.
