Tribunal begins judgement on Atiku’s petition
The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) has commenced the delivery of judgement on the petition filed by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the February presidential election.

As court official called for judgement on the third case, being Atiku’s suit: Atiku Abubakar of PDP vs. Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Bola Tinubu, All Progressive Congress (APC), the PDP Acting National Chairman, Umar Damagum, announced him presence in court as a representative of the second petitioner, the PDP; Chris Uche (SAN) announced his legal representation for Atiku and the PDP; while Stephen Adehi, SAN, made appearance with his legal team for the first respondent, the INEC, and A.A. Malik, SAN, announced his appearance for President Bola Tinubu, while Charles Uwensuyi-Edosomwan represented the APC.
