Lagos shuts Farmcity, others over noise pollution
The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has closed some establishments in the Lekki area of the state for noise pollution and other environmental violations.
This was disclosed in a post on the LASEPA’s X page on Saturday.
“Today, Saturday, October 14, 2023, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) took decisive action, closing and sealing establishments such as Farmcity, 10pots, and Headquarters in Lekki Phase 1.
“This was in response to mounting concerns about noise pollution and other environmental violations.
“We are committed to addressing noise pollution and other environmental infractions for the betterment of Lagos residents’ well-being,” the post read.
