Potiskum Market dealers hail Governor Buni as business activities return
Potiskum Livestock and Grains Market dealers have expressed gratitude to Governor Mai Mala Buni for his swift intervention in restoring peace and order to the area.
This follows disruptions caused by the recent violent protests that affected market activities.
Yusuf Ali, the Governor‘s Senior Special Assistant on Digital and Strategic Communications, made this known in a statement on Monday.
According to Ali, the market dealers conveyed their appreciation during Sunday’s livestock and grains market, which saw a full return to normal business operations.
A livestock dealer and Potiskum resident, Malam Usman, commended the Governor for his decisive action in preventing a breakdown of law and order.

Traders were actively engaged in buying and selling livestock, grains, and other commodities.
The market’s vibrancy was a clear indication of the return to normalcy in the area.
