Serie A giants Juventus are reportedly preparing a summer move for Nigerian international duo Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman as they look to inject more firepower into their attack ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

According to Italian publication Tuttosport, the Bianconeri have placed the two Super Eagles forwards high on their transfer priority list as they consider a significant reshuffle of their front line.

With the increasing likelihood of Dusan Vlahovic departing Turin and uncertainty surrounding the future of Randal Kolo Muani, Juventus are targeting proven goalscorers capable of immediately elevating their goal output in the final third of the pitch.

Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, is widely expected to leave the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium at the end of the current season.

Having firmly established himself as one of Europe’s most clinical finishers, the Nigerian striker reportedly has a €75m release clause applicable to clubs outside of Italy, a detail that the thirty-six-time Serie A champions are closely monitoring.

However, Tuttosport suggests that triggering this substantial clause would necessitate significant financial maneuvering from the Turin club.

Lookman, on the other hand, has been a standout performer for Atalanta since his arrival from RB Leipzig.

His impressive blend of pace, direct attacking play, and tactical discipline has reportedly caught the attention of Juventus, who view him as an ideal fit for Thiago Motta’s forward line.

Atalanta, however, are expected to demand a fee in the region of €60m to part ways with the London-born winger.

Both Osimhen and Lookman have enjoyed strong individual campaigns in Serie A and, having collectively won the last two African Footballer of the Year awards, are viewed as marquee-level additions capable of making an immediate impact on the Juventus squad.

While Juventus have also been linked with a potential move for former Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund, who currently plays for Manchester United, reports indicate that the Turin club are only likely to make two attacking signings in the summer window, with Osimhen and Lookman currently heading their shortlist of targets.

Tuttosport also reports that while internal discussions and evaluations of the potential moves for the Nigerian pair are ongoing within the Bianconeri hierarchy, no formal offers have been submitted to either Napoli or Atalanta at this stage.
