Police bust major child trafficking ring in Imo, rescue 12 children Owerri, Imo State
The Imo State Police Command has successfully dismantled a major child trafficking syndicate, rescuing 12 children aged 5 to 13, who were allegedly forced into street begging in Abia State. A 42-year-old suspect, Ann Ngozi Enyenwa, has been arrested, confessing to her role in the network that purportedly involved a motherless babies’ home in Rivers State.
