AFCON: Captain Musa leaves teammates in camp

Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa has left his teammates following the death of his relative, and the need to mourn with the family.

He thus missed the team’s last training session inside the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, on Wednesday after losing a family member.

The Super Eagle coaching crew permitted the striker to leave the camp

He will link up with teammates in Cameroon ahead of Nigeria’s first game of the competition against Egypt on January 11.
