Again, gunmen kidnap Principal, Students at Igbo Nla Model College
In a brazen manner, suspected gunmen on Thursday invaded Lagos State Model College, Igbo Nla, Epe, Lagos, abducting the principals and some students.
National Daily learnt the kidnappers stormed the school in the early hours of the day during morning assembly.
The Principal, Mr. Oyesola and Mr. Akirinmade who is the Principal of the senior secondary school and the junior secondary school, respectively were abducted along side some students.

It was gathered that a representative of Epe Constituency in the House of Representatives, Wale Raji, appealed to the House to call on the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris and the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State to treat the case with utmost urgency.
The House suspended other proceedings to attend to the matter and asked the police to mobilise and rescue the principals and students.
Igbo Nla Model College was also invaded last year where the Principal, a teacher and some students were kidnapped.
They were later released after about a week in captivity.
