Akwa Ibom Christian leaders endorse Udom Emmanuel for second term
Religious leaders in Akwa Ibom have endorsed Governor Udom Emmanuel for re-election for a second term in 2019.
The Governor speaking on Thursday at a two-day event organized by the Akwa Ibom Christian Assembly tagged “Dominion Mandate Conference”, commended the religious leaders for finding him worthy of their resounding endorsement for second term.
Governor Emmanuel who invited Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State to accompany him to the event, received prayers from the leaders and spiritual support. The governor took time to enumerate his activities since his inauguration as Akwa Ibom State Governor on May 29, 2015. He pledged to do more to develop the state further.
