Amuwo Odofin Chairman Flags Off Skill Acquisition Program
The Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Prince Lanre Sanusi, today declared open the Skill Acquisition Program designed to empower youths across the community.
The initiative fulfills his campaign pledge to equip young people with relevant, modern skills that will enable them to thrive in today’s competitive environment.
Speaking on the vision behind the program, in a statement issued by PLS Media Bureau on Monday, the chairman emphasized that the youth remain the driving force of every nation, and as such, must be adequately engaged and supported to reach their full potential.
The Skill Acquisition Program will provide beneficiaries practical training opportunities, enhance entrepreneurship, and promote self-reliance, thereby contributing to economic growth and community development within Amuwo Odofin.
This program further underscores the administration’s commitment to youth development, job creation, and sustainable empowerment.
