Bye bye Boateng
Kevin-Prince Boateng has said goodbye to Barcelona after his loan spell ended.
Sassulo had claimed Barca would try to sign Boateng permanently.
But he has now taken to Instagram to confirm he will not return.
Boateng thanked his supporters and Barca players for making his time at the club great.
In other news, The Argentine international arrived at the San Siro from Racing Club for £12million last summer – scoring nine goals in his debut season.
Now, Corriere dello Sport claim Catalan giants Barcelona are ready to make their move.
The report claims Ernesto Valverde’s side are ready to trigger Martinez’s £100m release clause.
It’s said Martinez’s strong relationship with fellow Argentine Lionel Messi could be a big factor in the potential swoop.
