Charly Boy leads protest to EFCC office, calls for Diezani trial

The protesters who stormed the office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja, insisted that the former minister should be repatriated and tried in Nigeria.
He had last week promised to lead the protest, after he called off a somewhat similar protest calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to either return home from his sojourn in London, or resign his position as president.

There have being several allegations of corruption levelled against the former minister in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and America.The minister, who served under the immediate past administration of President Goodluck Jonathan is also said to have conspired will her associates Kola Aluko and Jide Omokore, in alleged corruption cases running into billions of dollars.
Speaking on the protest, a co-convener of the group ,Deji Adeyanju said, “The people saying we should not demand for #BringBackDiezani are not only funny but are not conversant with her charges in the U.K. He said
“If we do not #BringBackDiezani to face real trial here, this woman would have gotten away with everything”.
