Dreamland Football Academy players participated in Teqball
The duo of Thankgod Chukwuemeka Adindu and Emmanuel Ogonna Nwabueze of Dreamland Football Academy, Abia State has made history as the first players to represent Nigeria in the new sports – Teqball in the 1st African Beach Games (SAL 2019) on going in Cape Verde , National Daily learnt.
The players who enjoyed an all expenses paid trip to the City of Sal, Cape Verde under the invitation of the Federation International de Teqball (FITEQ) to represent Nigeria in the sports that involved twelve African countries.

It will be recalled that Dreamland Football Academy, Galadima Football Academy and the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports were the beneficiaries of the three Teqball tables donated by the Embassy of Hungary in Abuja during the finals of 5th Dreamland-Embassy of Hungary Cup project held on November .10th, 2018 @ the Moshood Abiola (National) Stadium Abuja, Nigeria.
No doubt the new sports – Teqball is well accepted and it is developing fast in Nigeria.
We wish the Dreamland boys the best of luck as they represent Nigeria in an international tournament that will end on June 18th. 2019 in Cape Verde.
