Edward Israel-Ayide honoured in GLG Communications’ 2024 PR Power List
Edward Israel-Ayide, Founder of the Lagos-based public relations agency Carpe Diem Solutions, has been recognized as one of 50 influential PR professionals in the GLG Communications 2024 PR Power List.
The prestigious list, revealed at a recent event celebrating World PR Day, highlights key change-makers, emerging voices, and community builders within the PR industry in Nigeria and the Diaspora.
“This year’s PR Power List confirms the exceptional talent and creativity within the African PR industry,” said Omawumi Ogbe, Managing Partner at GLG Communications. “We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of these outstanding professionals shaping the narrative of our times.”
Established in 2022, the PR Power List celebrates PR and communications experts across various sectors and highlights their achievements over the past 12 months. This year’s list honors 50 individuals who have made significant contributions to the field.
Notable honorees include Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, Nene Bejide, Jide Sipe, Tolulope Ogundero, Otega Ogra, Adedoyin Jaiyesinmi, and Adaoha Njemanze.

Israel-Ayide’s recognition in the PR Power List underscores his unwavering commitment to helping clients build trust throughout his decade-long career. “Being included in the 2024 PR Power List is a humbling recognition of the hard work and dedication my team and I have put into our craft,” said Edward Israel-Ayide. “It will motivate us to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence in the PR industry.”
The selection process for the PR Power List was meticulously designed, involving a unique jury that combined local expertise with international perspectives. This ensured a comprehensive evaluation of the nominees’ contributions, enhancing the credibility of the list.
