EFCC denies Rochas Okorocha’s arrest
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has denied the arrest of the immediate past governor of Imo State Rochas Okorocha.
The anti-graft agency spokesperson, Tony Oriade, in an exclusive chat with The Guardian said the report is “fake news”.

Some local news platforms reported that the anti-graft agency operatives on Thursday evening stormed Ogboko to arrest Okorocha, his wife Nkechi Okorocha, Gerald Okorocha and Okey Okorocha.
The news outlets also reported that the commission also sealed his Eastern Palm University in Ogboko.
