EPL team of the week for week 3, Arsenal players dominate
There is still one match yet to be played in gameweek three. That is the the one pitting Liverpool against Manchester United. Both teams have been on a poor run of form. In the matches already played however, Arsenal performed better amongst the big teams. Tottenham, Brighton and Leeds also won over their opponents.
Below is the team of the week analysis.
Rodrygo of Leeds stars at center forward role after having scored and assisted against Chelsea who are a very strong opponent especially defensively. Gabriel Jesus didn’t manage to score,but then he had an assist and won a man of the match award.
Leandro Trossard netted for Brighton while Wilfred Zaha netted two goals for Palace. Jack Harrison assisted and scored for Leeds against Chelsea while Martin Odegaard scored two goals for Arsenal against Bournemouth. Arsenal won 3:0.
Kieran Trippier was massive against Manchester City. A goal ensured that they shared points with Manchester City. Eric Dier kept a cleansheet while Ivan Perisic kept a cleansheet and provided an assist. William Saliba scored a goal and kept a cleansheet. Davis Sanchez kept a cleansheet for Brighton.
