Fubara promises more projects, commissions Egbeda Internal roads

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has promised residents of the state more projects at the commissioning of the Egbeda Internal roads.

The commissioning of the internal roads was done by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State.

More so, eight new commissioners were sworn into office for wider administration of the state.

According to Governor Fubara, @SimFubaraKSC “With the commissioning of the Egbeda Internal roads today, we have again demonstrated our commitment to serve our people through the delivery of quality projects.

“To the glory of God, my brother Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, was on hand to perform this important task and our people were joyously in a carnival mood to show appreciation for our work.

“I feel fulfilled by the expression of joy by Egbeda people, especially, in realizing that the project which includes raised culverts and drainages will tackle the menace of flooding in the community.

“It is our fervent belief that putting Rivers people first in all our considerations will continue to touch and enhance their lives in more meaningful ways and that is exactly what the Egbeda Internal roads are to serve.

“Also, as part of our determination to provide quality, effective leadership, we inaugurated eight commissioners this evening to join our administration. The effort is for improved service delivery and accelerated development of our dear state.”
