Gov Bago salutes Buhari at 82
Governor Mohammed Umaru-Bago of Niger State has congratulated former President Muhammadu Buhari on the occasion of his 82nd birthday.
The governor, in a congratulatory message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, in Minna on Monday, extolled the virtue of the former president, describing him as a selfless and patriotic personality.
He acknowledged Buhari’s commitment, diligence and contributions to nation-building during his active service as a military head of state and elected president.
According to him, the former president has consistently proven to be a true statesman through his unwavering dedication to public service.
Umaru-Bago said that Buhari’s integrity and moral values were inspiring to the younger generation.
He prayed that Allah would continue to guide and protect the former president and keep him in good health and vitality.
