Group extols newly coronated Lukosi of Ife’s sterling qualities,cites impacts
A group advocating true reflection of democratic values- Joint Action for Good Governance (JAGG) has described the newly coronated Ojagbade I, Loja of Lukosi Land, Ife Osun State Alhaji Abdul-Lateef Olawale Awojobi, as a true promoter of social good.
This was the thrust of a congratulatory message jointly signed by JAGG’s National Vice Coordinator Comrade Abdulwaheed Odunuga and the General Secretary Adekunle Razaq Aderibigbe,in commemoration of Alhaji Awojobi’s coronation by His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II at the Oodua Heritage House on 20th September 2025.
JAGG affirmed that the new king having touched many lives positively before mounting the throne and will through the instrumentality of his new royal status attract more good for the people of Lukosi land.
The message read in parts, “Alhaji Awojobi is a shining example of service, integrity, and leadership. Beyond being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a former Chairman of an ICAN District and Society, he has been a pillar of support to many families, a devoted father and husband, and an exceptional philanthropist whose generosity and commitment to social good have touched countless lives.
“In his years of professional and community engagement, he has stood firmly as a crusader for good governance, transparency, and accountability, embodying the very principles JAGG holds dear.
“We believe that these sterling qualities will now translate into a reign of peace, progress, and prosperity for the people of Lukosi and the entire Ife kingdom.
“We at JAGG pray that Ojagbade I’s reign will usher in greater development, unity, and opportunities for his subjects, leaving a legacy that generations will celebrate.
“May his time on the throne be marked by wisdom, justice, and the continued pursuit of good governance for which he is known.”
