Hardship protest: Northern youths call for military takeover, display Russian flag
In their display of rage of fury, youths in the north have changed their hardship protest to call for military takeover. The youths are now openly calling for military take over of power in Nigeria in their encounter with military patrol team during protest.

This phenomenon was observed in Gombe State and spreading to other northern states as protest continued on Monday.
The hardship protest and demand for military takeover persisted as the nationwide protest entered Day 5 on Monday.

Officers of the Nigerian Army on patrol tried to calm the crowd but the youths sustained their call for military takeover, agitating that they are hungry.
In some other states, youths wave Russian during protest in Kano, extending to Kaduna state.
