Kidnappers murder businessman after collecting N10million ransom
A Lagos-based businessman and philanthropist, Ikechukwu Simeon Ebelebe, has been reportedly murdered by kidnappers, three weeks after they abducted him in Owerre-Akokwa, Ideato-North LGA of Imo State.
It was gathered that the multimillionaire was abducted when he visited his hometown during the Easter celebration in April 2023.
He was reportedly found dead on Friday, May 5, after his family paid a whopping sum of N10m to the kidnappers.
