Ladies assaulted as EFCC operatives reportedly raid popular hotel
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) reportedly raided a popular hotel in Iyana-Isasi, in Ojo local government area of Lagos on Wednesday night, June 26, 2024.
During the raid at Regional Annex Hotel, the operatives were captured in trending videos assaulting two ladies among others.
In a CCTV footage, the operatives were seen forcing themselves into a room occupied by a young lady. One of them then repeatedly hit her before leading her out of the room.

In another footage, an operative was flogging another lady while repeatedly asking her, “who are you?”. The assaulted lady is said to be a cleaner in the hotel.
Several gunshot was also fired as management and security of the hotel tried to stop the operatives from arresting their guests.
