NDLEA burst pre-wedding drug party in Katsina
Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have bursted a pre-wedding drug party in a community known as Shola quarters in Katsina state.
This was revealed in a signed statement by the agency’s Director, Media & Advocacy, Femi Babafemi on Sunday, December 10, 2023.
The NDLEA officers had acted on intelligence as they disrupted the pre-wedding ceremony drug abuse competition.

They arrested 25 youths participating in the drug party. Operatives swooped on the suspects while they were busy taking turns abusing all sorts of illicit substances including a mixture of multiple drugs mixed in a plastic bucket.
Though the groom identified as Musa Gwandi who organized the drug party along with his friends was not at the venue at the time the 25 others were arrested, he was however nabbed on Sunday, December 3, 2023, following a manh¥nt for him.
