NJC reinstates Justice Gladys K. Olotu as Fed. High Court Judge
The National Judicial Council (NJC) at its 100th meeting on January 16, 2023, approved the reinstatement of Justice Gladys K. Olotu to the Federal High Court Bench.
The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John T Tsoho, in a circular dated January 27th, 2023, transmitted the reinstatement to the Judges of the Federal High Court.
The circular read: “Your Lordships are by this Circular latter notified that the National Judicial Council at its 100th Meeting, held on the 16th January, 2023, approved the reinstatement of Hon. Justice Gladys K. Olotu as a Judicial Officer.
“The reinstatement is with immediate effect and the necessary consequential directives will follow in due time.
“This is for your necessary information, please.”
