NJC reinstates Justice Gladys K. Olotu as Fed. High Court Judge

The National Judicial Council (NJC) at its 100^th meeting on January 16, 2023, approved the reinstatement of Justice Gladys K. Olotu to the Federal High Court Bench.

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John T Tsoho,  in a circular dated January 27^th, 2023, transmitted the reinstatement to the Judges of the Federal High Court.

The circular read: “Your Lordships are by this Circular latter notified that the National Judicial Council at its 100^th Meeting, held on the 16^th January, 2023, approved the reinstatement of Hon. Justice Gladys K. Olotu as a Judicial Officer.

“The reinstatement is with immediate effect and the necessary consequential directives will follow in due time.

“This is for your necessary information, please.”
