Nigerian singer, songwriter, television presenter, publisher, producer and one of the most controversial entertainers, Charly Boy, also known as Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa or Area fada 1, has shared a disturbing video on social media Twitter, where Lagosians were attacking and throwing stones on the Non indigen (Igbos) of Lagos State, who went out to Collect their Permanent Voters Card PVCs.
In the video, a female voice was heard, narrating what led to the attack, According to the voice, igbo traders in Alaba International market closed their shops to obtain their PVCs, some hoodlums started attacking them at the INEC registration office. Some were injured as the result of the attack.
Sharing the video on his verified Twitter account, Charly boy, wrote
“Once again the Yorubas are being set up against the Ibos. What a master stroke!
Our enemies know how to wind us, and we keep falling for it. For how long? ”
