It is no strange because PDP won that seat 4 yrs ago but was stolen by APC and INEC through the federal court controlled by APC, otherwise notice that there was no impact from incumbency in the elections as the current results typically mirrored the results 4yrs ago. What this seems to suggest is that APC is not only defeated but also proved that APC did not make any progress in osun state in particular and in Nigeria in general. What is really strange here is that a Muslim APC Rauf was quoting Bible instead of Quran at a time APC fielded a muslim-muslim ticket to Nigerians, demonstrating rather aptly that the ticket will fail woefully.
