Post-election violence erupts in Ebonyi, political thugs set ablaze State High Court in Owutu-Edda
Post-election violence erupted in Ebonyi State, as political thugs went on rampage burning a state High Court in Owutu-Edda, Afikpo South Local Government Area.
The Registrar of the State High Court, Mrs Oluchi Uduma, narrated that the thugs stormed the court in violence, setting the building on fire without disclosing their mission.
Chairman of Afikpo South Local Government Area, Chima Nkama, acknowledging the pandemonium and the inferno at the state high court, said that the attack has been reported to the police.
At the time of this report, there was no reaction yet from the state police command.
