PSG’s Gonçalo Ramos completes record €74m move to AC Milan
Portugal forward Gonçalo Ramos has completed a permanent move from Paris Saint-Germain to AC Milan, signing a five-year contract with the Serie A club.
The 25-year-old has signed a deal that will keep him at the San Siro until June 30, 2031.
According to reports, the transfer is worth an initial €74 million, rising to €90 million with performance-related bonuses, making it the most expensive signing in AC Milan’s history.

“AC Milan welcomes Gonçalo Ramos and wishes him every success with the Rossoneri,” the Italian club disclosed in a statement.
Æ, who is currently representing Portugal at the FIFA World Cup, will reunite with compatriot and AC Milan head coach Rúben Amorim.
The transfer surpasses Milan’s previous record signing, Rafael Leão, who joined from Lille in 2019.
Ramos joined PSG from Benfica in 2023 and enjoyed a successful spell in Paris, winning multiple domestic titles and two UEFA Champions League crowns. However, he struggled for regular starts, playing behind stars such as Kylian Mbappé and later Ousmane Dembélé.
In 131 appearances for the French champions, Ramos scored 45 goals, many of them coming as a substitute.
Announcing his departure on Instagram, Ramos thanked PSG and its supporters.
“Today, one of the most defining chapters of my career is coming to an end. Wearing the PSG shirt has been a privilege and an honour I will carry with me forever.
“I’m leaving, but I’m leaving a part of my heart in this club. PSG will always be a home for me, and I will always be proud to have helped write a chapter of its history,” he wrote.
PSG also paid tribute to the striker, thanking him for his professionalism, commitment and contribution to the club’s recent successes while wishing him well in the next phase of his career.
