Senate rejects Buhari’s ambassadorial nominees
The Senate has rejected the second batch of 46 ambassadorial nominees sent to it by President Muhammadu Buhari for approval.
Politicians and governors from the ruling All Progressives Congress had protested against their non-involvement in the selection of the non-career ambassadorial nominees.
The lawmakers said the list will be sent back to President Muhammadu Buhari “for resubmission and re-jigging.”
