After about four hours of delivering judgement at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) sitting in Abuja on Wednesday, some persons in the courtroom could no longer resist the pressures from sleep.

Apparently, sections of the courtroom appeared thrown into moments of sleeping while the judges continued with the reading of judgements on the petitions filed by Peter Obi of the Labour party (LP) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 general elections.
