Sogunle’s book on Practical Guide to PPP Arrangement for launch Friday
A new book titled, “Practical Guide to Public Private Partnership Arrangement in Nigeria”, will be presented to the public on Friday, July 5th, 2024 at Waterfalls Event Centre , 33 Billings way, Alausa, Ikeja , 10am.
The book, written by prolific legal writer, Adebisi Adekunle Sogunle, is expected to bridge the gap between the public sector and the Private sector and other stakeholders in the successful deployment of Private Sector funds and technical know – how in Infrastructure development in Nigeria.
The Book Launch will bring together all stakeholders responsible for Successful Public Private Partnership Arrangements in Nigeria; these stakeholders include the Public Servants , The Civil Servants , The Press , The Private Sector players , Judges , lawyers and other stakeholders.
The occasion is expected to attract high-profile public and private players, including personalities like Comrade Chris Isiguzo, President of Nigeria union of Journalists, former Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Mr. Dimeji Matesun , Dr. Chris Iziguzor , Dr. Demola Sogunle, ( Group MD, Stanbic IBTC ) Mr. Femi Bakre ( MD, Parallex Bank Ltd ) , Mr. Saoud Gharizi , ( Group MD , Gharzu Packaging, Cedar and Cradle Paper Mills , Cedar and Cradle Diapers )
The book will be reviewed by Kemi Pinheiro, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and founder of Pinheiro & Company law firm.
Adebisi Adekunle Sogunle, the author is a 1991 graduate of the Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University (LLB), finished at the Nigerian Law School in 1992.(BL).

He subsequently went to University of Lagos in 1996 for his Masters at Law. (LLM). Adebisi is a Chartered Arbitrator(FCArb) and a member of the Society of Corporate Governance of Nigeria.
He is a research fellow, Consultant on Corporate practices and the author of the best-selling book PRACTICAL GUIDE TO CORPORATE GOVERNANCE VOL. ONE (The volume 2 of the book is already in the offing).
After working in the law firm of Lanlehin and Co; Adebisi established his law firm in 1997. As a legal practitioner, Adebisi has participated in many Public-Private-Partnership arrangement and after his recent experience with the Public- Private-Partnership arrangement in Cross Rivers State, he decided to write this book to serve as a practical guide and “Town experience to all those who are interested in the “Public Private-Partnership” arrangement in Nigeria.
Adebisi is a minister of the gospel, an outsourced company secretary to many companies, a corporate governance expert, an Independent Non-executive director to Companies and also a Non-executive director to many Companies.
He is happily married with children.
