Super Falcons ex-goalkeeper, Bidemi Aluko-Olaseni, confirm dead after battle with cancer
The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has announced the passing of the super Falcons ex-goalkeeper, Bidemi Aluko-Olaseni.
The Ekiti State-born goalkeeper reportedly passed away after battling cancer for eight years.
The demise of Aluko-Olasenu was announced on X platform, formerly called Twitter by NFF in a statement.
“We are sad to hear of the passing of former @NGSuper_Falcons goal keeper, Bidemi Aluko-Olaseni after an eight-year b+ttle with cancer. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. May her gentle soul rest in peace,” the statement read.
