Tinubu offers condolences to Ogun gas explosion victims
President Bola Tinubu expressed his condolences to the victims of the recent gas explosion in Ita-Oshin, Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun State.
This was contained in a statement titled “President Tinubu sympathizes with victims of Ogun gas explosion,” signed by the president Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale on Tuesday.
“The President sympathizes with the Ogun State Government and residents of the state over the tragedy,” the statement read in part.

According to the statement, Tinubu praised Governor Dapo Abiodun‘s swift response to the situation and pledged support to the affected individuals during this difficult time.
Recall that at least one person was reported dead, six others were injured and six vehicles were burnt in a gas tanker explosion on Saturday at Ita Osin along the Abeokuta-Sango-Lagos Expressway.
