Violence erupts at ward in Ebonyi; 2 dead
Two people were killed on Saturday as supporters of two parties clashed during the presidential and National Assembly elections in Ebonyi.
The incident, confirmed by the state Commissioner of Police Awosola Awotunde, occurred at Amagu ward one in Ikwo local government area of the state.
Three others were injured in the attack.
The injured ones are in hospital.
Awotunde said they are going to be held as suspects.
