2023: Joe Igbokwe reacts after a man said that Nigerians should say no to a Yoruba president
As you are all aware the former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, and the ex-Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi contested for the office of the Presidency in 2019 under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) but they lost out to the incumbent, President Muhammedu Buhari.
However, this story seems to have changed this time around as both political gladiators are now running for the same office in the forthcoming Presidential election in 2023 from a different party and their various supporters can’t wait to see them win on that deed day.
In the light of the following happenings, the former spokesperson and Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress Party (APC) Lagos branch Joe Igbokwe took to his official Facebook page to react after a man said that Nigerians should say no to a Yoruba President next year.
The young man who seems to be a fan of either the PDP or labour party flag bearer however noted that if any of the two Presidential candidates do not win the office of the presidency in 2023, he will prefer the military to take over the rulership of the country. As he concluded to say the Nigerians do not desire a Westerner as a president.
The Special Adviser to Governor Sanwo-Olu who seems to be a strong supporter of Bola Tinubu’s ambition could not say many words as he could only ask people to listen to what the fellow as he affirms that they seem not have ceased criticizing his principal.
