Thunder strikes bridegroom during photoshoot
A bridegroom-to-be was struck by lightning while posing for engagement photos with his fiancée at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Yunnan province of China last week.
The man identified as Ruan was hit by a lightning bolt at the Spruce Meadow.
He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead, South China Morning Post reported.
Chinese authorities reportedly issued a yellow weather warning earlier. The alert is the third highest in the country’s weather system.
But Ruan and his partner still pressed ahead their planned photoshoot.
