47-year-old Chinese man finally revealed why he murdered his girlfriend
The 47 year old Chinese man (Geng), who was arrested for killing his 23 year old girlfriend Ummita explained what made him stab her to death.
While in police custody, the suspect said that he was deceived by the victim, Ummu as she was fondly called. He claimed the deceased promised to marry him and this made him to constantly spend a lot of money on her.
When he realized that Ummita has been deceiving him, he decided to go to her house and kill her. After he committed the act, the victim’s mother raised an alarm, he was arrested.

National Daily reports, the suspect who is currently in custody of the Kano State police command was said to have claimed a fence and entered the house where the victim lived with her family and killed her.
The spokesperson of the Kano State Police Command confirmed the incident and said that the suspect has been transferred to the police headquarters in Bompai for further investigation and that he will be made to face the law.
