6 things to know about arrested drug baron, Ugochukwu Nsofor Chukwukadibia, by the NDLEA
With the recent discovery of 13 million tramadol pills with a value of ₦8.8billion by the NDLEA, many have wondered who exactly the drug baron, Ugochukwu Nsofor Chukwukadibia is.
Here are some facts about Ugochukwu Nsofor Chukwukadibia:
1. Chukwukadibia is 52 years old and hails from Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State.
2. He is the Chairman of Autonation Motors Ltd.
3. He lives at Plot Z-130 Road 67 and has about six mansions within the VGC, one of which he uses to warehouse the tramadol consignment.
4. He has been on NDLEA’s watch list as one of those behind the tramadol drug cartel in Nigeria.
5. 13 million pills of Tramadol Hydrochloride 225mg in 443 cartons with a street value of the drug is ₦8.8billion were discovered in his apartment; some cartons were already burnt in a fire incident in the house same day.
6. Five exotic vehicles were found in two of his mansions, out of which two SUVs included a bullet jeep which are now in the Agency’s custody.
