Kidnapped Ondo Deeper Life Pastor regains freedom
A Deeper Life Pastor, Otamayomi Ogedengbe, who was kidnapped in Irese in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, has been released by his abductors.
It was reported that Pastor Ogedengbe was abducted on Monday evening after conducting Bible study in the Irese area of Akure.
His wife, Yinka, said the kidnappers shot into the air before taking him away.
It was also learnt that the kidnappers had demanded a ransom of N30m.
According to TVC news, the pastor’s release was confirmed by a female member of the Deeper Life church who did not want her name mentioned.
“The church had been praying fervently since the incident occurred and they were overjoyed to learn of the Pastor’s release by his kidnappers,” the source stated.
