Aisha Yesufu at #PresidentialTribunal court judgement

A renown female human rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, was present #PresidentialTribunal court on Wednesday for the delivery of judgement on the petitions by Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), and another by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Abuja.

She had stated:

“The APC Vice Presidential Candidate Kashim Shettima keeps starting small talks with LP Chairman Abure. He keeps touching Abure to get his attention and Abure is a gentleman and leans towards him to listen. I see it as tactics. I await their propaganda pictures.”

Aisha Yesufu is an unalloyed supporter of Peter Obi and a potent force in the Obidient Movement.
After the judgement on the petition of Obi, Aisha Yesufu was of the belief that in the court no one is a winner.
She sustained her support for Peter Obi to the vary last minute of the judgement day.

The judgement is delivered by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal of Wednesday in Abuja with live telecast across the country.

National Daily Newspaper is monitoring the proceedings in Abuja from Lagos.

Obi’s petition suffered setback on technicalities, as the tribunal cited his inability to provide specific figures of over voting or polling units of the claimed irregularities.
