Again, military arrest another wanted terrorist
The military arrested another alleged Boko Haram leader on its 100 most wanted list three days after another kingpin was arrested at the Abuja airport.
Ishaku Wardifen, according to a Nigerian Army statement, was nabbed by vigilant troops of 23 Brigade Special Battalion at a check point in Maiha, Adamawa State, on Monday.
“Preliminary interrogation revealed that the suspected terrorist is a Cameroonian citizen. Visual matching with photographs on the poster of the 100 declared suspected Boko Haram terrorists wanted list released by the Nigerian last month, shows that he clearly resembles the suspect on serial number 22 on the list,”
Chindo Bello, an alleged Boko Haram leader was arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja as he made to pick up a Lagos-bound Aero Contractors boarding pass.
