The President reportedly affirmed the choices of a Former Governor of Nasarawa State now a serving Senator, Abdullahi Adamu for the National Chairmanship Position; A Former Senate President, Ken Nnamani as Deputy National Chairman (South) and Senator John Akpan Udoedehe for the National Secretary Position.
It will be recalled that some Chieftains of the party including serving Governors recently rejected the Choice of Adamu.
