The Director General of the Progressives Governors Forum, Salihu Lukman, has cautioned that the delay of the Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to hold the February national convention of the party to elect members of the National Working Committee (NWC) is weakening the electoral prospect of the party in the 2023 general elections.
