APGA aspirant partners USA digital space to train Anambra youths

A member of the ruling party in Anambra State, Nigeria, Emeka Ebo, a former Commissioner for Africa Affairs, Maryland USA, and APGA aspirant for Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency, in the 2023 general elections has signed an agreement with Digital Space of USA for the training, equipping, and empowerment youths in Umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency with Digital skills, international remote work opportunities and trading in digital assets, including the showcasing of their products to global audience.

Emeka Ebo, a Biometric Engineer, in a statement indicated that Nigerian tech startups like Flutterwave, Opay, Andela, and the Unicons attracted foreign investors who had funding value of over $1 billion in 2021. Emeka Ebo, a Consultant to the Senate of Nigeria’s National Assembly, a member of the United States Biometrics Consortium highlighted: “The world is changing, new opportunities are making old systems obsolete, and the world is much more connected.

“Therefore, my approach to empowerment is to create platforms that will continue to empower umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency and have them adapt to global changes so that they can compete and succeed globally.”
He stated: “My goal is to connect my people of Idemili North and South Federal Constituency to the digital economy where they will not only find good-paying jobs anywhere in the world but they can create jobs and build legitimate wealth.
“This partnership program with Digital Space USA will provide Digital training to help umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency, prepare and equip them to get international remote work, Learn how to trade in digital assets, showcase their products to a global audience.”

He added that the project aims to “raise youths in the Constituency, prepare and equip them to get international remote work, learn how to trade in digital assets, showcase their products to a global audience.”

Emeka Ebo noted that digital tech is the present and the future of the world. He promised to ensure that umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency acquire digital skills that will make them relevant in this 21st century as well as prepare them for the digital future without boundaries where they can leverage on their digital skills to earn a living, create more digital jobs and grow the economy.
